1 · Nature of the platform

OBELIQ — Open Book Execution · Liquid markets — is a software platform that displays an autonomous algorithmic trading system that walks the live Hyperliquid order book to execute every trade. It offers three modes of interaction:

Observation mode — Watch the algorithm trade. Free. No account required.
Paper-trading mode — Open a free $10,000 simulated account and trade alongside the algorithm. No real capital is at risk.
Live mirror mode — Connect your own Phantom wallet, approve a server-held API agent on Hyperliquid, and have the algorithm's decisions mirrored onto your real Hyperliquid account. Real capital. Real losses. Real liquidations.

2 · No financial advice

OBELIQ is a software platform. Every signal, decision, leaderboard, P&L number, and strategy displayed is for informational and entertainment purposes only. None of it constitutes investment, tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

The operator of OBELIQ is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, commodity pool operator, or other regulated financial entity. If you need financial advice, consult a qualified licensed professional in your jurisdiction.

3 · Live mirror mode — specific risks

Live mirror mode places real orders on Hyperliquid using a server-held API agent that you explicitly authorize through Phantom. By enabling live mode you knowingly and voluntarily accept all of the following:

Total loss of deposited capital is possible within minutes during volatile market conditions. Max-leverage positions can be liquidated by ~2.3% adverse moves on BTC, ~4% on ETH, ~5% on SOL.
Slippage, spread, and funding fees will reduce realized returns. Hyperliquid charges 0.045% taker, 0.015% maker, plus hourly funding rates that can be positive or negative.
Algorithm risk. The OBELIQ algorithm may make systematically wrong decisions, fail to react to market shocks, or experience software defects. Outcomes paper-traded in public are not predictive of live mirror performance.
Operational risk. Server outages, network failures, Hyperliquid downtime, oracle issues, or smart-contract exploits may cause delayed, incorrect, or missed trade executions.
Agent-key custody. The API agent key is stored encrypted on OBELIQ's server. The key can place orders on your behalf but cannot withdraw funds — withdrawals always require your main wallet's signature. You can revoke the agent at any time from Hyperliquid's UI or via the OBELIQ kill switch.
Server compromise. If OBELIQ's server is compromised, an attacker could place trades on your behalf (but still cannot withdraw). You bear the financial loss from any trades placed during such an incident.

4 · Token utility — $LIQ access

Access to paper trading and live mirror features requires holding at least USD 500 equivalent of the $LIQ SPL token in a Phantom wallet connected to OBELIQ. $LIQ is a Solana-based utility token providing access rights only. It is not a security, share, or claim on revenue.

Token price fluctuates. If your $LIQ holdings drop below the USD 500 threshold, your access reverts to observation-only mode. Acquisition, sale, and storage of $LIQ is entirely your responsibility.

5 · No guaranteed returns

OBELIQ makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that you will earn any return, recover any deposited capital, or experience any specific level of performance. The algorithm's historical paper-trading performance is not predictive.

6 · Jurisdictional restrictions

Derivatives trading is heavily regulated in many jurisdictions. OBELIQ may not be lawful for use in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of OBELIQ and Hyperliquid complies with all applicable laws, regulations, tax obligations, and licensing requirements in your country and state.

OBELIQ is not offered to, and may not be used by, residents of: the United States (specific states pending review), the United Kingdom, the European Union (specific regulations apply), China, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, the Crimea region, or any other jurisdiction where such use would violate applicable law. If you connect from a restricted jurisdiction, you do so at your own risk and the platform may suspend access without notice.

7 · No fiduciary relationship

Using OBELIQ, holding $LIQ, or enabling live mirror mode does not create an advisory, fiduciary, agency, or trust relationship between you and the OBELIQ operator. You alone are responsible for every decision related to your capital.

8 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the OBELIQ operator, its affiliates, contributors, and service providers are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages — including loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or reputational harm — arising from your use of OBELIQ, your enablement of live mirror mode, or the performance (or non-performance) of the algorithm.

Total aggregate liability of OBELIQ to any user shall not exceed USD 100.

9 · Force majeure

OBELIQ is not liable for losses caused by exchange outages, network failures, smart contract exploits, oracle manipulation, regulatory action, cybersecurity incidents, war, natural disaster, or any other event outside its reasonable control.

10 · Acknowledgment

By connecting your wallet, enabling live mirror mode, or trading on OBELIQ in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Disclosure in full. If you do not agree with any provision, do not use the platform.
